in terms of process conditions, mainly check the operating pressure, operating temperature, liquid level and the chemical composition of the working medium

in terms of equipment condition, it is mainly to check whether there is leakage and leakage at all connecting parts, whether the components and accessories of the container have plastic deformation, corrosion and other defects or suspicious signs, and whether the container and its connecting pipes have vibration, wear and other phenomena

in terms of safety devices, it is mainly to check whether the safety devices and safety related measuring instruments are in good condition

(3) emergency stop of the container. In case of the following conditions during the operation of the pressure vessel, the operation shall be stopped immediately: the operating pressure or wall temperature of the vessel exceeds the limit value specified in the safety operation regulations, and measures are still unable to control the source of the customer, which has never been one system, and has a trend of continuous deterioration; Cracks, bulge deformation, weld or removable joint leakage and other signs endangering the safety of the container appear on the pressure bearing parts of the container; All safety devices fail, connecting pipe fittings are broken, fasteners are damaged, etc., it is difficult to properly tighten the connecting rib of oil tank and oil pipe to ensure safe operation; Fire occurs at the operation post, threatening the safe operation of the container; The signal hole or alarm hole of the high-pressure vessel leaks

2) container maintenance
